For orders within Nairobi, orders placed before 3 PM may qualify for same-day delivery.
For other parts of Kenya, delivery is typically made the next day. For orders to Uganda, Rwanda, and South Sudan, delivery may take approximately 2 to 3 days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or events outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds once goods are purchased, unless required by applicable law or approved by us due to a clear issue with the order.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos or videos of the issue.
7. Jewelry Care
Our products should be handled with care. To help your jewelry last longer, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, sweat, harsh chemicals, and rough surfaces.
